In 90 minutes, you will build a real strategy map using ILPapps Strategy Board — not a template, but your actual strategic themes, perspectives, and KPIs. Our facilitator will guide you step-by-step as you create a Balanced Scorecard, link strategic objectives to measurable KPIs, and connect those KPIs to team-level OKRs.
You will leave with a working strategy board you can share with your leadership team the next morning.
