Agreement for using ILPapps
Welcome to ILPapps. These Terms of Service govern your use of our Human + AI strategy and execution platform, including OKR Suite, CFR Hub, Strategy Board, Task Master, and AI agent features. By using ILPapps, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service Description
What ILPapps provides
ILPapps offers an integrated productivity ecosystem combining human expertise with AI agents. Our services include strategy management, OKR tracking, CFR (Conversations, Feedback, Recognition), task management, and 150+ ready-to-use AI agents. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice.
Fees and Payment
Subscription and billing terms
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan (Basic $9.50/user, Standard $17/user, or Enterprise). You are responsible for timely payment of all fees. We offer a 14-day free trial. We may update pricing with advance notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Acceptable Use
Proper use of the platform
You agree to use ILPapps only for lawful business purposes. You shall not use the platform for fraud or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit. Misuse may result in account suspension or termination.
