Managing Integrations

Where to Configure

• Navigate to Settings → Integrations to see all available and active integrations.
• Each integration has its own configuration panel with connection settings and sync options.

Integration Types

• Communication — Connect chat and messaging platforms for notifications and updates.
• Calendar — Sync 1-on-1 meetings and events with your calendar provider.
• HR Systems — Import employee data and keep organization structure in sync.
• Project Tools — Sync tasks and project data with external project management tools.

AI Workmate Integrations

• Tool-based connections — AI Workmate agents can use tools that connect to external APIs.

Getting Started

1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Browse available integrations and select the one you want to connect.
3. Follow the connection setup — typically an API key or OAuth flow.
4. Configure sync settings (frequency, direction, field mapping).
5. Test the connection and verify data flows correctly.
