Key Capabilities

View your OKRs in a clean, intuitive interface. See progress at a glance with visual indicators. Drill down into individual key results and update status in real time. The dashboard integrates with CFR Hub and Strategy Board workflows.

Getting Started

Go to OKR Suite in ILPapps, click "New OKR", and define your objectives and key results. Use AI agents to suggest measurable key results based on your objectives.

Best Practices

Set 3-5 objectives per quarter. Each objective should have 2-4 key results that are measurable. Update progress weekly during CFR check-ins.
