Getting Started

1. Navigate to Strategy Board from the sidebar.
2. Create your first Strategy Map with 3–5 strategic pillars.
3. Link existing OKR key results to each pillar.
4. Define KPI Trackers for your most critical metrics.
5. Set up a Balanced Scorecard to organize KPIs by perspective.

Best Practices

• Keep your Strategy Map focused — 3 to 5 pillars is ideal.
• Review the Strategy Map monthly with leadership to ensure alignment.
• Update KPIs at least monthly — stale data leads to poor decisions.
• Use the Balanced Scorecard to ensure you are not over-indexing on one perspective.
