Best Practices
- Keep your Strategy Map focused — 3 to 5 pillars is ideal.
- Review the Strategy Map monthly with leadership to ensure alignment.
- Update KPIs at least monthly — stale data leads to poor decisions.
- Use the Balanced Scorecard to ensure you are not over-indexing on one perspective.
