OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are the backbone of goal-driven organizations. ILPapps OKR Suite connects every objective to your company strategy, so teams always know what to work on and why it matters.
Key Features
Objectives Management
- Create & organize objectives — Define company, team, or individual objectives with clear ownership and timelines.
- Quarterly cycles — Track progress across Q1–Q4 or custom date ranges configured in Settings → Cycles.
- Child objectives — Break large objectives into smaller, team-level sub-objectives for cascading alignment.
- File attachments — Attach supporting documents, presentations, or data directly to objectives.
Key Results
- Measurable outcomes — Each key result has a target value, current value, and progress percentage.
- Status indicators — Visual status (on track, at risk, behind) so you can spot problems early.
- Owner assignment — Assign key results to specific team members with clear accountability.
- Custom statuses — Configure key result statuses in Settings → Key Result Statuses.
Check-ins
- Weekly check-ins — Update progress on all your key results in a single, focused session.

Getting Started
- Navigate to OKR Suite from the sidebar.
- Create a new objective — give it a clear, inspiring title.
- Add 2–5 key results with measurable targets.
- Assign owners and set the cycle (quarter).
- Run your first check-in at the end of the week.
Best Practices
- Keep objectives aspirational but achievable — aim for 70% completion as a healthy target.
- Limit to 3–5 objectives per team per quarter to maintain focus.
- Each objective should have 2–5 key results — no more.
- Run weekly check-ins to catch issues early and keep momentum.
- Use child objectives to cascade company goals down to teams and individuals.
