What you'll be doing
- Design and build features for our OKR, strategy, and task management platform.
- Integrate with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and 200+ apps via our integration layer.
- Work on AI agent integration and Human + AI workflow experiences.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience (Node.js, TypeScript, or similar).
- Experience with REST APIs, real-time systems, and integrations.
- Familiarity with databases, search (e.g. Algolia), and modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Interest in OKRs, productivity tools, or AI workflows is a plus.
