About ILPapps

What you'll be doing
- Onboard and support customers as they adopt OKR Suite, CFR Hub, Strategy Board, and Task Master.
- Conduct product training and help customers get value from AI agents and integrations.
- Gather feedback and work with product to improve our platform.
- Build lasting relationships and drive retention and expansion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or implementation (SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain OKRs and strategy tools clearly.
- Comfort with integrations (Slack, Teams, CRMs) and productivity workflows.
- Self-driven and organized—you manage your own pipeline and customer touchpoints.
- Experience with OKRs, goal-setting, or HR tech is a plus.
