What you'll be doing

  • Onboard and support customers as they adopt OKR Suite, CFR Hub, Strategy Board, and Task Master.
  • Conduct product training and help customers get value from AI agents and integrations.
  • Gather feedback and work with product to improve our platform.
  • Build lasting relationships and drive retention and expansion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or implementation (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain OKRs and strategy tools clearly.
  • Comfort with integrations (Slack, Teams, CRMs) and productivity workflows.
  • Self-driven and organized—you manage your own pipeline and customer touchpoints.
  • Experience with OKRs, goal-setting, or HR tech is a plus.
